Ultimate Margarita

Ingredients

• 1 lime, halved
• Coarse Salt
• 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice, from 4 limes
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/4 cup orange flavoured liquer GM
• 1/4 cup Triple Sec
• 1 cup Tequila Gold
• Ice
• 1/2 can good quality lager style beer
• Lime wheels for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Salt the margarita glasses. Combine the lime juice, sugar, orange liquor, triple sec, and tequila and ice in a cocktail shaker or blender. Shake the margarita well, add a splash of beer and strain into glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime wheel.
