Ingredients

  • 2 1 quart cartons of eggnog
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup Kahlua or coffee liquor
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ground cinnamon or nutmeg
  • Ice Cream mounds.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl, beat at low speed until coffee dissolves. Stir in brandy and Kahlua, and cover and chill 2 hours. Pour into punch bowl.
Combine whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla, beat at high speed until stiff peaks form. Dollop whipped cream onto punch, sprinkle lightly with additional cinnamon or nutmeg...use ice cream as alternate. Makes 9-1 cup servings.
