Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 cup grapes split
- 3/4 cashews
- 1/2 chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped peeled apples Soaked in 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine Mayo with seasonings. Taste and season as desired. Combine all chopped ingredients and add in mayo mixture.
Serve on crosaints or dinner rolls
