Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. butter
- 3 C sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 T coconut flavoring
- 1 t baking powder
- 3 C flour
- 1 C milk
- 1 C flaked coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Spray Bundt pan with Pam. Cream butter & sugar til fluffy. Add eggs & beat well. Add flavoring & baking powder, mix well . Alternately, add flour & milk. Add coconut flakes & mix well. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, 15 mins
Let cool in pan for a few minutes, then turn out onto cooling rack.
ice top of cake with vanilla icing and sprinkle additional coconut flakes onto icing when cake is cooled.
