PERFECT PASTA SAUCE WITH CREME FRAICHE

  • 1 c. Creme Fraiche
  • 1 c. broth (bouillon cube)
  • 2 tsp. corn starch
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • Black or white pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Creme Fraiche and broth in a pot. Stir. Add the corn starch. Stir. Bring to a boil. Add the cheese and pepper.

Possible ingredients: clams, tuna fish and lemon, shrimps, garlic or smoked ham.
