Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 lb. smoked salmon, flaked or finely chopped
- 1/4 c. natural California pistachios, chopped
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dill, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy. Add smoked salmon, pistachios, lemon juice and dill; mix well. Serve with crackers, melba rounds, pita triangles, etc.
