  • Coating:
  • 1 1/2 cups Jiffy baking mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup cheddar cheese or other favorite cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder or freshly crushed garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter and garlic and set aside. I separate bowl, blend baking mix, milk and cheese together. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 - 10 minutes. When done, brush with coating using the entire amount. You can cut recipe in half for fewer biscuits. It also depends of the size you make them.
