Fish with Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets of choice
  • 7 oz jar Roasted Red Peppers
  • 3 tbs mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Season fillets with salt and pepper. Place fish in baking dish. Puree roasted red peppers with mayonnaise and pour over fillets. Bake in oven at 400 degree preheated oven until the fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
