Ingredients
- 5 lb bag potatos
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 stick butter
Preparation
Step 1
peel potatos
boil until tender
drain off all water.
Add cream cheese sour cream and butter
mash
Put in freezer bag.
To serve thaw compleatly and reheat slowly.
When the potatoes are first thawed they are very runny and watery, but don't worry, as they heat they begin to thicken and tighten up . Stir often while heating.
