Ingredients

  • 2 cups (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 4.5 oz can chopped green chiles,
  • drained
  • 1 (2 1/4oz) can sliced ripe black
  • olives, drained
  • 2/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 6 (9 inch) flour tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 8 ingredients. Spread about 1/2 cup mixture over each tortilla. Roll up tortilla jelly roll fashion. Wrap each separately in plastic wrap. Chill 3 to 24 hours.

Unwrap each roll and if desired, cut off and discard ends. Cut each roll into 10 slices. Secure pinwheels with toothpicks if desired.
