Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 lb chopped blanched asparagus
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sweet white wine
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup brie no rind
Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter and saute asparagus. Add flour for a couple of minutes. Add broth and wine and saute for 10 minutes. Transfer to blender and puree. When ready to serve, return to pot and reheat. Add brie, cream and simmer 5 minutes. Serves 4.
