Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons apricot jelly or apple jelly
- 3 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Allow to rest for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the flavors to mingle.
Serve as a dipping sauce with chicken fingers or chicken nuggets.
Can be doubled to make a larger amount.
Will keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for a week or more.
