Ingredients
- 1 small box of white riceland rice.
- 1-2 tbsp oil
- 1 chopped tomato and onion
- 24 oz tomato sauce
- 48 oz chicken broth
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Add oil to large pot and brown rice over medium heat stirring constantly.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until rice is tender.
