Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup soya sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or more to taste (opt)
Preparation
Step 1
Thicken with cornstarch. Pour over moose & simmer on stove or place in oven.
For bottling - Sear meat & put in jars and pour sauce over. Cook for 2 - 2 1/2 hours
