Pizza Dough

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 tbsp yeast
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 3/4 cup lukewarm water

Preparation

Step 1

Oil bowl. Add 1 cup flour and rest of ingredients. Use dough hook and add second cup of flour. Rub olive oil on dough and let rise for 15 minutes. Spread on paddle with cornmeal.. Add pizza toppings and bake for 15 minutes...400 degrees.
