Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 lb Ground meat
  • 1 can large tomatoes chopped
  • 3 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 oz can mushroom pieces
  • small box peas (frozen)
  • 1 can corn with liquid
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 lb spaghetti cooked and broken into pieces
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

cook onions in oil while browning meat. Add tomatoes, chili powder and water. Simmer on low for 30 minutes. Add mushrooms, peas, corn, salt and pepper. Mix with spaghetti that was cooked as recommended. put 1/2 in 9x13 pan. Top with 1/2 cheese, top with rest of pasta mixture and then cheese again. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
