- 1 pint mushrooms
- 3 tlbs butter or margaine
- 2 tsp all purpose flour

Step 1
Wash mushrooms; cut of tips of stems. For fluted effect, cut v-shaped pieces of tops of mushrooms. Melt butter in skillet; add mushrooms. Sprinkle with flour; toss to coat. Cover; cook over low heat till tender, 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
