Lemon Square

Ingredients

• Base:
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup flour
• 1/4 cup icing sugar
• Topping:
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1/2 baking powder
• 2 eggs slightly beaten
• 3 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix base ingredients and spread into a 9" square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Combine all topping ingredients and pour ove cooked base. Bake another 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with icing sugar while still hot.
