Smoked Salmon Rolls with Fresh Basil, Cream Cheese and Capers

Ingredients
- 12 4"x2" 1/2" slices smoked salmon
- 3/4 cup cream cheese
- 3/4 cup fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp capers

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place each slice of salmon on a work space. Spread 2 tsp cream cheese, 2 tsp chopped basil, and a little pepper to taste. Roll up the salmon slice and spread 1 tsp cream cheese on top. Sprinkle 1 tsp basil and a few capers on top.
2. Cut roll into 5 slices and serve on crackers, baguette or bagel slices. Can be made up to 6 hours ahead.
