Bread (smaller batch)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Mix and let rise 10 minutes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 3 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 cups boiling water, 1 1/2 tsp salt. Let cool. Add 2 beaten eggs and 2 cups white or whole wheat flour. Beat well. Add yeast mixture. Beat well. Add 5 cups of flour. Beat with spoon after each cup. Knead and let rise. Punch down every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Make bread or buns. Bake at 350 degrees.
