Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 lbs hash browns, defrosted
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese (cheddar or colby)
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c. melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Mix casserole ingredients and put in a 9x13 pan.
Melt butter for topping and add cornflakes. Sprinkle topping over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
