
Ingredients
- 5 cloves garlic, mashed
- 2 bone-in chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Sugar (Splenda)
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Jalapenos - chopped
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Cotija Cheese
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Salt

Step 1
Spread the cloves of garlic over the chicken pieces. Place into an oval 4 quart slow cooker. Pour the vinegar, cumin, sugar and soy sauce over the chicken. Cook on low for 5 hours or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
In a food processor, pulse together the jalapenos, cilantro, water, cheese,
cider vinegar and salt.
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker. Remove and discard the skin. Spread
the sauce on each breast. Return to the slow cooker and cook on low 15 minutes before serving.
