- 1 sleeve saltine crackers
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 package white chocolate chips
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 package Bit of Brickle (almond toffee
- bits)
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
DIRECTIONS:
Line jelly roll pans or cookie sheets with
aluminum foil. Spray the foil with Pam.
Line sheet with crackers. Melt butter
and brown sugar together. Pour over
crackers. Sprinkle bit of Brickle over
crackers, then pecans. Bake at 350
degrees for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with
white chocolate chips. Smooth with
spatula as melts. Let cool completely.
Refrigerate overnight in airtight
container. Break into pieces before
serving. Delicious!
