- 4-5 LBS Whole Chicken or Chicken parts
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Carrot, peeled
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 Onion, quartered

Step 1
Place the chicken into an oval 6 quart slow cooker
Arrange the vegetables around the chicken. Add the water.
Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
Remove the skin before eating.
