Egg Noodle Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Egg Noodles
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 2 tsp flour
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 cups grated fontina cheese
  • 3/4 cup parmesean cheese
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounces chopped ham (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 450 degrees
2. Cook noodles as per directions on package
3. In a medium bowl whisk cream, milk and flour together.
4. Stir in cheeses (leaving some for topping) and ham
5. Add cooked noodles and mix.
6. Pour into a casserole dish and top with remaining cheese
7. Cook for approx. 20 minutes
8. Let stand 10 minutes prior to serving
