Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
- 11/2 cups celery, diced
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 5 tbsp onions, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon rind, grated
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 1 cup potato chips, crushed
Preparation
Step 1
DIRECTIONS:
Combine first 8 ingredients and toss.
Add mayonnaise and mix.
Put in a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips.
Bake at 370º for 25 min. or until cheese is bubbling.
