Ingredients

  • Cook about two chicken breast (depending on how much you make) – cut into pieces
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup – undiluted
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers – crushed
  • 2 tbsp poppy seed
  • 1 stick butter – melted
  • 1 8 oz sour cream

Step 1

DIRECTIONS:
Place chopped chicken in buttered dish. Mix sour cream and soup. Pour mixture over chicken, crush crackers and mix with poppy seed and sprinkle over mixture, melt butter and drizzle over top. Cook at 350 degrees until bubbly and little brown around edges. It takes 40 to 50 minutes and much longer if it is frozen.
