Ingredients
- 3 to 5 lb Brisket
- 1 envelope Lipton's onion soup
- 1 envelope Lipton's onion and mushroom soup
- 1 dash of garlic salt
Preparation
Step 1
Coat one side of Brisket with dry onion soup mix and the other side with the onion and mushroom mix. Place in roasting pan and sprinkle with garlic salt. Add water to approx one inch depth. Cover pan. Bake @ 325 degrees for 3-1/2 hours
