  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 28 oz diced tomatoes
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cups chopped potatoes
  • 1 cups chopped celery
  • 1 cups chopped carrots
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 16 oz frozen butter beans
  • 16 oz frozen corn
  • Sweet'N Low

Preparation

Step 1

Cook beef until brown, add onion and cook until tender. Add all ingredients in 8 qt sauce pan except butter beans and corn. Simmer until veggies are tender. Add butter beans & corn. Simmer one more hour. Pepper & Sweet'N Low to taste.
