Salsa Roja Fresca
Fresh red salsa, best served with taquitos, tostadas, rice, and seafood.

Ingredients
- 2 large plum tomatoes
- 1 thick slice of white onion
- 1 chile serreno
- 1 garlic clove
- 8 stems of cilantro
- 1/4 cup stock or water
- Salt to taste

Step 1
1. Roast tomatoes, onion, chile serreno, and garlic on comal or pizza pan on the stove, until soft and blackened.
2. Blend all ingredients together in blender and serve.
