Ingredients
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoons feta
- 4 pitted kalamata olives
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Combine romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, parsley and olives. Toss all ingredients.
Top with balsamic vinaigrette and feta.
