Linda Kettelhake’s Shake and Bake Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter or margarine
  • 5-6 potatoes
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Wash potatoes and slice into wedges. Shake in bag containing cheese, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Lay wedges in pan. May sprinkle remaining mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
