Broccoli Corn Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 sticks margarine*
  • 8 oz cottage cheese
  • 10 oz box frozen broccoli, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine**

Preparation

Step 1

DIRECTIONS:
Thaw and drain broccoli. Mix all ingredients together. Melt margarine on cookie sheet. Pour into mixture, leaving enough on pan for baking.

*Mrs. C. uses 1 ½ sticks - ** Mrs. C. uses whole onion

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
