Savory Spring Tartlets

Choose your preferred filling, then do some prep while the oven preheats and the shells are baking. Bake the shells, then proceed with the filling. Each filling yields 30 tartlets. Note: Directions for finishing the tartlets are included in the recipes for the fillings.

Ingredients

  • 30 mini phyllo (filo) pastry shells
  • Herbed Goat Cheese
  • Ricotta and Roasted Pepper
  • Creamy Spinach-Leek

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 18-inch by 12-inch jelly-roll pan with parchment paper.

Arrange shells in single layer in prepared pan. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

Prepare desired filling.
