
Ingredients
- Combine in sauce pan and bring to a boil, then cool, the following:
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Drain the following and put in a large bowl to mix:
- 1 can French style green beans
- 1 can shoe peg corn or white corn
- 1 can small English peas
- 1 small jar pimentos
- Add following to bowl:
- 3 ribs chopped celery
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large purple onion, chopped

Pour cooled vinegar-dressing over all vegetables, mix very well, refrigerate 6 hours or overnight before serving.
