Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-3/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1-1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup veg oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 stick butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
Grease & flour 16 X 11 sheet cake pan, combine dry ingredients, add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla, beat on med speed for 2 minutes, stir in boiling water (batter will be thin) and pour into pan, bake in preheated 350° oven for 20 to 25 min or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Frosting:
Melt butter and stir in cocoa. Alternately add sugar and milk beating on medium speed until spreading consistency is reached (add more milk if necessary). Stir in vanilla. Spread over cake
