Gertie’s Shrimp Batter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • MIX WELL
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • BEAT WELL

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well and add more milk if too thick. Dip shrimp in flour, then in egg mixture and back in flour mixture. Fry shrimp 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown. Good on fried chicken also
