- MIX WELL
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- BEAT WELL

Mix well and add more milk if too thick. Dip shrimp in flour, then in egg mixture and back in flour mixture. Fry shrimp 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown. Good on fried chicken also
