Ingredients
- 2 – 8 oz packages cream cheese (softened)
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 3 tbls chopped fresh onion
- 1/2 tsp salt

Mix all together – will be soft. Roll in crushed pecans – wrap in Saran wrap.
Refrigerate overnight.
