Ingredients
- 4 orange roughy fillets
- 2 T. melted butter
- 2 T. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Place fillets in microwave dish with thickest parts to outside edges of dish. Brush with melted butter and lemon juice. Cover with damp paper towel or plastic film. Cook on medium high, allowing 2-4 minutes for each 8 oz. Serves 4.
