  • 1 box (18oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box instant banana pudding mix
  • 3 egg
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 12 cup bundt pan using butter and flour or baker's joy and seta side.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the cake and pudding mixes. Make a well in the center and pour in eggs, water, sour cream, vanilla, oil, and mashed bananas. Mix on low speed until blended and then mix on medium speed for 3 minutes until fluffy. Stir in walnuts. Spoon into prepared pan.

3. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
