Ingredients
- 2 lb round steak cut in 1” cubes
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2 tbs oil
- 2 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 c. sliced carrots
- 2 onions, diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1 lg gr. pepper cut in 1” peaces
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together ¼ cup of flour, ½ teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon of pepper, and ¼ tsp paprika. Dredge steak pieces in seasoned flour until lightly coated. Brown the steak in oil in saucepan. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
