Ingredients
- Brownies:
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 2 Tbs. Cocoa
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Nuts, chopped
- Chocolate Sauce:
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 6 Tbs. Evaporated Milk
- 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 3 Tbs. Cocoa
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Nuts
- 6 oz. Miniature Marshmallows or 20 regular, cut in half

Step 1
Melt butter and stir in cocoa. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and add sugar. Beat in melted butter and cocoa mixture, then add flour, vanilla and salt. Stir in nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes in a greased and floured 8 x 8 inch pan. A toothpick inserted in center should come out almost clean. While brownies bake, mix butter, milk, powdered sugar and cocoa in the top of a double boiler over boiling water. Stir in nuts. When brownies are baked, spread or place marshmallows over them. Pour chocolate sauce on top. Cool and cut into squares. Yields 16.
