Mix flour, lard, and salt like a pie crust. Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk. Mix well. Place in refrigerator. Will keep for five days.

Take dough the size of a small egg. Roll out like a pancake. Using 4 tablespoons sugar to 1 tablespoon flour to roll in.

Place 1 teaspoon of Wilderness apple pie filling in half of dough. Mom used homemade apple butter.

Fold over and press sheets. Bake in 375 degree oven until brown. They don't take too long and they burn easy.

Can use any kind of flavor pie filling.
