Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 lg onion, chopped
- 1 lg gr. or red pepper, chopped
- 1 lb potatoes cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 15oz cans whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
Step 1
Remove casing from sausage. Crumble sausage into a saucepan. Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes. Remove. Add oil, onion, pepper and potatoes to saucepan. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Whisk remaining ingredients in a bowl, add to pan. Stirring, bring to a boil. Add sausage, reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender. This makes 10 cups.
