Creamy Swiss Steak

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 lbs. boneless beef round steak, cubed
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom
- 1 c. water
- hot cooked noodles

Step 1
In shallow bowl, combine the flour, s&p; dredge beef. In large skillet, brown beef in butter on both sides. Transfer to 3qt slow cooker; top w/ onion.
Combine soup and water; pour over onion. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours or till meat is tender. Serve w/ noodles.
