Spinach Dip with Havarti Cheese

Ingredients

  • 200 g grated havarti cheese
  • 1 pkg cream cheese
  • 1 pkg spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Hollow out pumpernickel or sour dough bread and pour mixture into bread. Wrap in foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
