Ingredients
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs butter
- 1/2 of each red, yellow and gr. pepper, cut in strips
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 patty pan squash, peeled and sliced
- 1 yellow squash, sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tomato cut in wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Stir fry veggies in oil and butter, starting with longer cooking veggies first. Cook just until crisp-tender.
