Step 1
Core and slice apple; place in a microwavable dish. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with raisins; cover and microwave until apple is soft, about 3 to 5 minutes. Top with fat-free whipped topping; garnish with ground cinnamon and/or ground nutmeg.
