Ingredients
- 1.5 -3 pounds chuck roast
- Beef Stock
- 6 tsp. chili powder
- 5 tsp. paprika
- 5 tsp. cumin
- 3 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne

Preparation
Step 1
Cut your roast into approximately 1 inch cubes.
Place in your crock-pot on low and add just enough stock to barely cover the bottom of the crock.
Add the taco seasoning (1 recipe is enough for 1-2 pounds of meat).
Turn your crock-pot on low and let it cook all day (approx. 7-8 hours).
Pull it apart a bit more with forks so it's like pulled beef.
Serve over top of mashed cauliflower.
